How to do wall towel knee press

  1. Set

    Stand with your back near a wall. Put a rolled towel behind the working knee against the wall. Keep both feet flat and the knee softly bent.

  2. 1

    Press the back of the working knee gently into the towel. Keep your heel down.

  3. 2

    Hold the light pressure. Keep a small bend in the knee and breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Ease the pressure. Keep the heel and towel in place.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Use light pressure. Keep the heel down and do not lock the knee. Stop if you feel pain.
