How to do supported rear-knee dip

  1. Set

    Hold a stable chair. Stand on the working foot and bend the other knee behind you.

  2. 1

    Bend the supporting knee a little. Let the rear knee move down behind you.

  3. 2

    Keep the rear foot off the floor. Keep the supporting heel down.

  4. 3

    Return to the start slowly.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
