How to do supported three-point toe reach

  1. Set

    Hold a stable chair. Keep the working foot planted and its knee softly bent. Use the other toes to reach around you.

  2. 1

    Tap the other toes a short distance forward. Keep weight on the working foot.

  3. 2

    Bring the tapping foot lightly beside the planted foot.

  4. 3

    Tap the other toes out to the side. Keep your hips level.

  5. 4

    Return the tapping foot beside the planted foot.

  6. 5

    Tap the other toes a short distance behind you.

  7. 6

    Return beside the working foot. Keep the chair support.

  8. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Use short reaches and chair support. Keep the planted knee facing its toes. Stop if you feel pain or lose balance.
