How to do supported single-leg knee dip

  1. Set

    Stand beside a stable chair and hold its back. Put your weight on the working leg. Lift the other foot just clear of the floor.

  2. 1

    Bend the working knee and hip a little. Keep the heel down.

  3. 2

    Pause in the shallow dip. Keep the knee over the toes.

  4. 3

    Press through the working foot and rise slowly.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Make a very small dip. Keep the working knee in line with the toes. Use the chair and stop for pain or poor balance.
