How to do supported hamstring curl

  1. Set

    Stand tall behind a stable chair. Hold its back with both hands.

  2. 1

    Bend the working knee and lift the heel behind you. Keep your thigh still.

  3. 2

    Hold the heel up briefly. Stay tall and keep your hips level.

  4. 3

    Lower the foot slowly beside the other foot.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.

Take care. Use a stable chair without wheels. Keep the standing knee soft. Stop if you feel pain or lose balance.
