How to do seated outward knee press

  1. Set

    Sit upright with feet flat and knees hip-width apart. Put each palm on the outside of its knee.

  2. 1

    Press both knees gently outward into your palms. Keep the knees still.

  3. 2

    Hold the light effort. Keep both feet flat and breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Relax the outward pressure and keep your hands in contact.

Take care. Use light effort. Keep both feet flat and do not let the knees move. Stop if you feel pain.
