How to do small seated shin turns

  1. Set

    Sit with the working knee bent and its heel on the floor. Keep the toes slightly raised and the kneecap facing forward.

  2. 1

    Turn the working shin a small amount outward. Let the heel pivot while the thigh stays still.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Return slowly to the start position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
