How to do seated towel leg press

  1. Set

    Sit on a stable chair. Loop a towel around the working sole and hold both ends. Lift that foot slightly with its knee bent. Keep the other foot down.

    Press the working foot forward against a light towel pull. Open the hip and knee together without locking the knee.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Return slowly to the start position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
