How to do reverse plank

  1. Set

    Sit with straight legs. Put your palms behind your hips and keep your heels down.

  2. 1

    Press through your palms and heels. Lift your hips into one long line.

  3. 2

    Keep your knees straight and your neck neutral. Lower your hips if the line breaks.

  4. 3

    Keep breathing slowly. Hold a comfortable position.
