How to do supported assisted arm lift

  1. Set

    Lie on your back with knees bent. Hold the working wrist gently with the other hand. Start both hands above your chest.

  2. 1

    Use the other hand to guide the relaxed working arm toward the space above your head. Keep the ribs down.

  3. 2

    Keep the position comfortable. Breathe normally.

  4. 3

    Return slowly to the start position.

  5. Switch sides and repeat.
