How to do low front kicks

  1. Set

    Stand tall with feet under your hips and elbows bent beside you. Leave clear space in front.

    Lift your right thigh and open your knee into a low kick.

  3. 2

    Bend the knee and put your right foot down.

  4. 3

    Lift your left thigh and open your knee into a low kick.

  5. 4

    Bend the knee and put your left foot down.

Take care. Keep kicks low and slow. Leave a small knee bend. Do not snap the knee straight.
