How to do supported heel pivots

  1. Set

    Hold a stable chair with both hands. Stand with your feet hip-width apart.

  2. 1

    Raise your heels slightly and turn them a small distance to one side.

  3. 2

    Turn your raised heels a small distance to the other side. Keep your toes planted.

  4. 3

    Bring your heels to the centre and lower them.

Take care. Use a comfortable range. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or loss of control.
