How to do wall-supported toe lifts

  1. Set

    Rest your upper back on a solid wall. Put both feet a short distance forwards.

  2. 1

    Keep your heels down and lift both forefeet towards your shins.

  3. 2

    Keep your knees soft. Keep your upper back against the wall.

  4. 3

    Return to the start slowly.
